7500/7600 & 7700 Series Air Caps

Choose from a variety of air caps to complement your needles and nozzles

Apollo offers both the Standard and “HS” (High Solids) air caps.  Please choose from the follow air caps choices pairing them with the following needle and nozzle sizes.  Standard air caps are generally intended to be used for most clear finishes and high quality enamels.  The high solid air caps are intended to be used for spraying high viscos or thicker pigmented paints.  However, you can also pair them for custom effects and we encourage to mix and match.

• “Clear Coat” Cap is paired with the 0.5mm needle and nozzle
• “A” air cap is paired with the 0.8 mm needle and nozzle
• “B” air cap is paired with the 1.0mm, 1.3mm  and 1.5mm needle and nozzle
• “C” air cap is paired with the 1.8mm and 2.0mm needle and nozzle
• “D” air cap is paired with the 2.5mm needle and nozzle
